blessed.

How God has blessed Amy and I recently (in no particular order):

  • Financially; sorry no numbers, but God has definitely been supporting us financially.
  • Purchasing a new car is a very scary thing to do. Especially when the car that you want to get rid of is paid off and the car you want will not be. But we have been assured from God that it was the right thing to do. See Financially above.
  • Family ties have never been strong on my Dad’s side. But with the passing of my grandfather I was blessed with the time spent with those whom I do not see often.
  • My loving parents. I thank God for parents who love me and constantly tell me so.
  • A great church in hard times. My pastor recently announced that he is resigning. Tough times are ahead of us for sure, but I am excited by how the church has reacted so far. We know that a church is more than it’s pastor. He will be missed for sure, but good great times lie ahead!
  • Each day I realize the importance of friends. So I thank God daily that I have reliable, solid, and Godly friends. Who know who you are, I pray for you daily.
  • A loving wife. It is said that behind every great man is a great woman. Certainly the case in my life. Not only is Amy amazing, she’s also the brains and spiritual discerner of our family.
  • How many of you remember my mentioning of Project X? Well Project X ended a little over a month ago and I know officially have a college degree. I went back to school over the summer and truly felt it was a God thing. I had no desire to go back, but God told me it was time regardless of how I felt. And His timing was spot on. If I had waited one more semester I would have fallen under a new catalogue and therefore had to take additional classes. God also provide in other ways regarding schooling. See Financially.
