Man, I wish I was in Colorado right now! They already have 2ft and are looking to get more. Look at this:

I know I know, when you get that much snow it cripples travel and makes for some unhappy people. But I think I’d love to have that much snow. Christmas for me didn’t feel like Christmas this year, mainly because of the crappy weather (Sunny high of 45). Give me the snow, that’s what makes it feel like Christmas.
As far as gifts; I got a microwave and a garage door opener. Both of which I installed on Tuesday. I was quite surprised because both projects went off without a hitch. Usually when I attempt things of any magnitude, something breaks. Not this time! Take that Karma.
For those of you who say I should update more, all 1 one of you.
- More New Life Church drama. I still love this church. I don’t care what you say, it’s great.
- Listen to Damien Rice, especially his new album. A lot of people say it’s not as good as the first. But I say, grow with the artist.
- I mean, come on, people spitting on the ground is art. I’d be interested in what the artist out there have to say about this.
- 10 Most Dangerous Roads - this is so cool, good pictures. I think the second one is the scariest.
- For the most part, disposable items make me sick. We have disposable razors, cameras, and phones!! Yeah, let’s create more trash, that’s a good idea. But disposable phone numbers I think don’t have any effect on the environment. And it’s kind of a good idea. I haven’t tried it, if you do let me know how it goes.
- I wasn’t too impressed with the 2nd one but Shrek 3 looks pretty funny.
- Sometimes being the tallest person in the world really is live-saving.
- I purchased a used PowerMac G4 from the NPH docksale. WAIT!! Before you call me a Mac lover, wait till you hear what I did with it. The very first thing I did was put Ubuntu on it. Oh man, I love Ubuntu. It seriously has potential to be right behind OS X in the computer world. Anyway, I put Ubuntu on it and then turned it into a media server. This enables me to listen to my music anywhere in the world. And get this, I can have different users. So I could give you all permissions to log in and listen. Cool huh? Yeah, I know you don’t care. But it’s what I’ve been doing with my time.
- I have to admit, as much of a computer nerd as I am. I don’t really Ebay that much. But I’ve started searching for 2 posters, one Death Cab for Cutie and one The Get Up Kids. Let me know if you see a good quality one that would look good framed.
- Blessed: Funds have been kind of tight around the Lee household the last couple months. Which means Christmas presents are of what might be considered “low quality” for some. But within the past week God has blessed Amy and I with bonus checks from our employers. Awesome.
- Amy now has a star named after her. Yeah, I know what your thinking “They let you name stars!?” Well yes, and according to the International Star Registry star number Cygnus RA 21h 57m 25s D 47′ 13′ is now named Amy Lee. Weird.
- I guess that’s all. Eat cookies.
Just thought I’d let you all know. I planted the two free trees Amy and I recently received, today. One Colorado blue spruce and one white pine. Good luck little guys.

Well we made it back safely after over 1400 miles, it’s good to be home. Can you believe that we didn’t get lost at all!! For those of you who really know us, Amy and I are directionally challenged. Even right now, I can’t tell you which way is north. But thanks to my supreme planning skills and Google Earth, we never got lost. I haven’t slept in my own bed in quite a while, kind of looking forward to it. If you haven’t noticed I’ve got a new address, again. For sure this one will stick around for a long time. So bookmark this new address.
